For Vista, follow these steps:
- Click the "Start menu" in the lower left of your screen
- Click "Control Panel"
- Click "Add or Remove Programs"
- Scroll down until you see "iTunes" then click it.
- Now click "Change" then click "Repair" and just let iTunes repair itself
